In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the dk168 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not employed by, or related to any employee of, dk168 or any of its affiliated game suppliers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You are not a professional player or syndicate member using automated betting tools, software bots, or coordinated strategies that exploit bonus terms or platform vulnerabilities.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the dk168 Platform under any prior username or identity.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. The Operator makes no representation that access to dk168 is lawful in every jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws.

The Operator reserves the right to decline registration, suspend an Account, or void any wagers placed by a Member who does not meet or ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the dk168 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia (city and province), a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. dk168 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Upon registration, dk168 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and may also require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. The Operator may request additional documentation at any time at its sole discretion.

dk168 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via all major local bank transfers — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata — and via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. USDT (TRC-20) deposits are also accepted for Members who prefer cryptocurrency banking.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. dk168 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dk168 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements have been verified by the dk168 compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (07:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday) are typically processed within five (5) minutes for bank transfers and e-wallets. USDT withdrawals are processed on a 24/7 basis and are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Member must have completed KYC verification and have wagered their deposit amount at least once (1×) in real-money games. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the Account holds uncleared Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements, until those requirements have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.

• dk168 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• The Operator reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal it reasonably suspects of being associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• All funds deposited on dk168 must be used for gaming. The Platform must not be used as a pass-through vehicle for transferring funds between payment accounts.

dk168 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Standard Wagering Requirements range from 5× to 30× the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the promotion detail page.
• Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to certain live dealer games, progressive jackpot titles, and low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10%–50% — towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and Wagering Requirements completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already claimed it, the Member's accrued progress towards the Wagering Requirement will be honoured.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, hedging across accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in account suspension.

All casino games offered on dk168 — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games, and crash games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retroactively by the Operator or by any Member.

For sportsbook wagers, all bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, league, or tournament. Pre-match and live in-play bets on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and all other listed markets are governed by the rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced (except in-play markets where live betting is explicitly offered) are void and stakes are returned.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors or manifest software faults, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets without direct human input is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be adjusted by the Operator at any time without prior notice.

dk168 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify Members when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has lapsed.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications remind Members of their session duration and net wins or losses at configurable intervals.

All content on the dk168 Platform — including but not limited to the dk168 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Platform content; use automated scraping tools or bots to extract data; frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website; or use the dk168 brand or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent from the Operator.

dk168 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by dk168 is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. dk168 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk168 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, game suppliers, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, regardless of whether dk168 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to events beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Any loss suffered by a Member as a result of unauthorised access to their Account where such access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain adequate account security.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of dk168 to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by the Operator.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited tools.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Receipt of a request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, any Balance held in that Account — including real-money funds, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion. Where the closure is initiated by the Operator for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact dk168 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations the Member owes to the Operator.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. The Operator is internationally licensed and regulated, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the Operator's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent damage to the Platform's integrity.

Members acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their country of residence. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before registering and using the Platform.

dk168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
